How do I commission a custom illustration?

Start by getting in touch via the contact form or email. We’ll schedule two friendly video calls — one to get to know you, your story and vision, and a second to review progress and final details. I’ll guide you through each step!

What can I have illustrated?

Most commissions are wedding venues, engagement spots, or meaningful travel locations. If you’re unsure, just ask!

How long does a bespoke commission take?

Turnaround time is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on my current booking schedule. I’ll confirm timelines during our first call.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! Commissioned pieces make beautiful gifts for weddings, anniversaries, engagements, or even as a "just because" surprise. I can include a personalised note or gift wrap upon request.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personalised nature of bespoke illustrations, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds on custom commissions. Each piece is created just for you, with care and consultation throughout the process to ensure you're happy with the final result. If there are any issues with your delivery, let me know within 48 hours so that we can rectify any issues.

For non-custom, general stock prints, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
